Terms of Service

By accessing or using kotisync.com and any services offered by KotiSync Technologies ("KotiSync", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

KotiSync provides smart home consultation, system design, professional installation, retrofit solutions and warranty support across Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad, Pakistan. Specific services and availability may change over time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete contact information when requested.

Initial consultations are free of charge. Quotes and estimates are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be revised if project scope changes.

Installation dates are agreed in writing (including WhatsApp or email). You must provide safe access to the property and ensure the site is ready on the scheduled date. Delays caused by site conditions may affect the timeline and incur additional charges.

Pricing is set out in your accepted quote. Payment terms — including deposits, milestones and balance — are agreed before work begins. Applicable taxes are included where required by Pakistani law. We support approved payment methods available in Pakistan.

Products we install are covered by our Warranty Policy, generally two (2) years for hardware and workmanship unless a different duration is specified on the product. Full coverage, exclusions and the claims process are set out in our Warranty Policy.

To cancel a booking, contact us within two business days of the scheduled date. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or installation scheduled. Refunds for completed work are assessed case by case and handled in good faith.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, KotiSync’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, designs and smart home configurations created by us — is the property of KotiSync unless agreed otherwise in writing. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website, including submitting false or misleading information.
• Attempt to access restricted areas, accounts or data without authorisation.
• Scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the website or its services.
• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
